Alison Lauge

Director, Community

As Director, Community, for the Global Center for Health Innovation, Alison directs continued development and growth of the Global Center as an active, collaborative and healthcare-focused innovation hub. A natural connector, Lauge values building and maintaining relationships with a variety of stakeholders, and cultivating initiatives for the global health community and the biomedical sector in Northeast Ohio. At the Global Center, she leads tenant engagement efforts, supports new tenant development and drives events and programming to cultivate an engaging, vibrant and meaningful Global Center community.

Previously, Lauge held a dual role as Director of Community Engagement with The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and as Vice President of The Goodyear Foundation. There she established a strategy for the organization’s global corporate citizenship and community engagement programs, and added value to its giving capacity. Lauge received a B.S. in public relations from Kent State University and an M.S. from the University of Akron. She is passionate about volunteerism and driving economic development in Northeast Ohio.
