BioEnterprise hosts a two-part educational program, “Startup Challenges: Structuring and Financing Your Entrepreneurial Venture,” designed to provide the entrepreneur with an overview of the legal documents associated with starting and funding a company. Led by veteran innovation attorney, Jeffrey Jones, the two sessions will offer advice and strategies for avoiding common pitfalls and will foster a clearer understanding of the tangle of legal documents facing a startup entrepreneur.
