BioEnterprise 11/21 Statement Regarding Global Center Document Request

BioEnterprise is cooperating fully with a request from a Cuyahoga County grand jury for documents related to expenses at the Global Center for Health Innovation. The reported contents of the June 2019 memo are an unfortunate and incomplete representation of the facts. All of our expenses related to the Global Center were subject to review and approval by the CCCFDC. We can’t comment further on the details.
