BioEnterprise is looking to work with high-potential, fast-growth bioscience companies. Bioscience is defined as in the health care field, but not involved in the provision of care. It includes medical device and equipment, biopharmaceutical, diagnostic, and health care information technology or service providers, among others.

The general criteria are similar to those characteristics desired by professional capital sources (venture and private equity firms). BioEnterprise realizes that not all opportunities are at the same stage of development.

Offering is unique, advantaged in meeting market need, has external validation, and demonstrated proof of concept
Revenues could exceed $50 million in future

Companies seeking assistance from BioEnterprise should submit a detailed business summary that includes the information necessary to evaluate the opportunity and determine whether BioEnterprise can add value to the effort. Without comprehensive information - similar in content to a typical business plan - BioEnterprise will not be able to properly evaluate a proposal. After receiving the information, BioEnterprise’s business development team will evaluate the materials and respond back within three weeks.
