The Incubator at BioEnterprise
BioEnterprise maintains and manages state-of-the-art office and lab space for emerging bioscience companies. The space is offered in flexible arrangements to accommodate the evolving needs of a growing bioscience company. Space is available for early and mid-stage medical device, bio-pharmaceutical, health care services, and other healthcare-related companies.

Featuring flexible designs range in size from 1,000 to 2,500 sq. ft., available in single or adjoining units:
- Separate areas for office and labs/work areas
- Most labs equipped with fume hoods with Hepa Filters
- Capability to expand by combining contiguous suites or customizing shell space

- Additional capacity available to support 240 & 480 volt equipment
