BioEnterprise Adds Four to Board
Cleveland, OH, July 20, 2005 -- BioEnterprise, the regional bioscience business formation, recruitment, and acceleration initiative, announced the addition of four new members to its Board of Directors.
Joining the board effective with the July meeting are:
* Alfred E. "Buz" Brown, Ph.D., President of the Houston-based early stage venture capital firm BCM Technologies
* Jeffrey Crisan, Principal of Boston-based Bain Capital Ventures
* Frederick R. Nance, Managing Partner of the Cleveland office of Squire, Sanders
* Mary Jane Saunders, Ph.D., Dean of the Cleveland State University College of Sciences
Dr. Saunders joins the board as a representative of Cleveland State University and replaces Trevor O. Jones in that capacity. Brown, Crisan, and Nance join as at-large members.
