DRIVING DIRECTIONS TO BIOENTERPRISE CLEVELAND:

From Downtown:

Take Chester Avenue east to East 105th Street.
Turn right at East 105th and follow to Cedar Avenue.
Turn left onto Cedar Avenue
Travel through the first traffic light. BioEnterprise is the first building on the right -- University West.

From the South via Interstate 71 or 77:

In the Downtown Area, exit at Chester Avenue and follow directions from Downtown.

From the West via Interstate 90:

Take I-90 east, and exit onto Chester Avenue
Follow Chester Avenue east to East 105th Street
Turn right at East 105th and follow to Cedar Avenue.
Turn left onto Cedar Avenue
Travel through the first traffic light. BioEnterprise is the first building on the right -- University West.

From the West via Interstate 80:

Exit at Interchange 8A and follow directions from the West via Interstate 90

From the East Side:

From Stokes Blvd.: Come down Stokes Blvd. (Fairhill Rd.)/MLK Blvd. from the Heights. Get into the left lane. After passing under the railroad tracks, turn left at the stop light onto Cedar Avenue. BioEnterprise is in the first building on the left. (University West Bldg.)

OR

From Cedar Hill: Come down Cedar Hill from the Heights on Cedar Road. Stay in the far right lane as you come down the hill. After passing under the railroad tracks, take the road that loops out to the right and crosses over Cedar Road. The name changes to Cedar Avenue. Continue on Cedar Avenue. BioEnterprise is in the first building on the left. (University West Bldg.

From the East via Interstate 90:

Exit at Martin Luther King Blvd. Take MLK Blvd. all the way through Rockefeller Park to the light at East 105th Street (the FIRST traffic light you come to on MLK).
Turn right at East 105th and follow several blocks to Cedar Avenue.
Turn left onto Cedar Avenue
Travel through the first traffic light. BioEnterprise is the first building on the right -- University West.

Take I-77 South to Exit 22A -- Main St./Broadway
Turn slight right onto West South Street
Turn left onto South Broadway Street
Turn left on Selle Street
Turn left onto South High Street
End at 453 South High Street

From Canton & Points South:

Take I-77 North & merge onto I-77 North/I-76 West via Exit 125B toward Cleveland
Take Exit 22A twoard Main Street/Downtown
Take the ramp toward Broadway Street
Turn slight left onto South Broadway Street
Turn left onto Selle Street
Turn left onto South High Street
End at 453 South High Street

From Route 8:

Take Route 8 south to the Ohio 59/Perkins Street Ramp twoard Ohio 18
Turn right on Perkins Street/Ohio 59 and continue following Ohio 59
Turn left onto North High Street/Ohio 261 West
Continue to follow North High Street, which becomes South High Street
End at 453 South High Street

Companies seeking assistance from BioEnterprise should submit a detailed business summary that includes the information necessary to evaluate the opportunity and determine whether BioEnterprise can add value to the effort. Without comprehensive information - similar in content to a typical business plan - BioEnterprise will not be able to properly evaluate a proposal. After receiving the information, BioEnterprise's business development team will evaluate the materials and respond back within three weeks.
