Description: With the aim of retaining America's lead in medical device development and innovation, leaders from industry, academia and the public and private sectors have committed to the Value-driven Engineering and U.S. Global Competitiveness initiative. The group's focus is on a medical device design strategy that incorporates product design based on patient need, payer sensitivity, resource optimization and efficiency in the U.S. medical device ecosystem.

Join on April 22-24, 2012 in Akron, Ohio for the first annual Value-driven Engineering conference "A National Conference on Medical Innovation for U.S. Global Competitiveness." As an attendee, you will be part of the first annual gathering of thought leaders from industry, academia and public and private sectors to explore the promise of Value-driven Engineering in the United States.
