| Aaron Babb |
Aaron joined BioEnterprise in May 2010 as a Business Development Associate. Currently, Aaron is performing medical device company due diligence, market and project development research. He is pursuing his JD/MBA at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and Weatherhead School of Management. He is a Senior Editor on the Case Western Reserve Law Review. Aaron holds a BS in Economics from John Carroll University Boler School of Business with a minor in philosophy.

| Ryan Barrett |
Ryan joined BioEnterprise in July 2009 as a Business Development Associate. In this role, he assists with initial business plan creation, performs market and legal research, and conducts due diligence reviews for emerging biomedical, biopharmaceutical, and health care service companies. Ryan is an alumnus of Trinity College, where he earned his B.S. in Biochemistry and a B.A. in Italian Language. He has worked as a sales and marketing representative for (Bank of New York) Mellon Financial, and has lived for extended periods in Rome, Italy. Ryan is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at Case Western Reserve University, where he is a Health Law Scholar and an Associate Editor for the Journal of International Law.

Fehmida Kapadia

Fehmida joined BioEnterprise in April 2010 as a Business Development Associate. In this role, she is currently performing medical device market research and analysis. Concurrently, she is pursuing a Masters in Entrepreneurial Biotechnology at Case Western Reserve University. Previously, Fehmida worked as a Market Research Analyst at Health Research International, as a post-doctoral fellow in the Cardiovascular Research Institute at Case Western Reserve University and as a Marketing Executive at Cipla Ltd in Mumbai, India. She received her PhD in Biochemistry from The Ohio State University, her Masters in Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai and her Bachelors in Microbiology/Biochemistry from the University of Mumbai.

Anirudhan joined BioEnterprise in January 2009 as a Business Development Associate and is involved in patent analysis, market research and assisting in business plan formulation for startup biotechnology and medical device companies. He is currently pursuing his Master’s Degree in Biotechnology Entrepreneurship at Case Western Reserve University. Anirudhan previously worked as an Assistant Quality Control Engineer at ARC Aqua Pura Pvt Ltd, India, and was involved with agricultural management at Jagirmane Estates Pvt Ltd, India. Anirudhan holds a B.Tech degree in Biotechnology from SRM University, Chennai, India.

Zach joined BioEnterprise in January 2010 as a Business Development Associate and is currently researching innovative prosthetic technologies applicable to the needs of the Department of Defense in rehabilitating its soldiers who have suffered limb trauma. He is a second-year law student seeking a Juris Doctor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law where he is a member of the Jonathan M. Ault Mock Trial Team and the Federal Bar Association Representative for Case Western University School of Law. Zach previously worked as a clerk for a Federal Judge in Cleveland as a Research Assistant for Property Law Professor Peter M. Gerhart's upcoming property law textbook. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in both Political Science and Business and Organizational Management from Maryville College in Maryville, Tennessee.

Chandravadhana joined BioEnterprise in May 2010 as a Business Development Associate and is currently conducting market research, preparing initial reviews and carrying out due diligence reviews for start up biotechnology companies, medical device companies, and biopharmaceutical companies. She is pursuing a masters in entrepreneurial biotechnology at Case Western Reserve University. Chandra previously worked as a Product Executive at BiotronHealthcare Pvt. Ltd. India. She received her masters degree in Biotech at the University of DR.D.Y.Patil Vidyapeeth, India and her bachelors degree also in Biotech at the University of Mumbai, Mithibai College, India.
