OncoDiagnostic Laboratory (ODL), a Cleveland-based pathology and diagnostics lab, was acquired by Predictive Biosciences of Boston. ODL will continue to operate in its Cleveland headquarters and the merger will allow the two companies to capitalize upon and leverage existing strengths. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
