IceCure, a medical device company that has developed cryoablation solutions for women's health, has raised $10.3 million in a public offering on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.  IceCure was funded by Giza Ventures and Bridge Investment Fund of Cleveland.  The Israeli company is exploring Cleveland as the location for its US headquarters.  Roberts Mitani assisted with the financing.
