VitalStream Health, in partnership with the Cleveland Clinic, is developing its first remote monitoring service for chronic illnesses, a telephonic blood pressure monitoring and web-enabled report card system called CardiaClinicTM to help the tens of millions of adults with chronic hypertension (high blood pressure).
