The company will develop repurposed drugs and NCE small molecules targeting the retinoid x receptor (RxR) for Alzheimer's Disease therapy. ReXceptor is based on the work of Gary Landreth, Ph.D, at Case Western Reserve University, demonstrating improved clearance of amyloid beta from the brain upon activation of RxR.
