Copernicus Therapeutics has a non-viral vector platform for delivery of polynucleotides to cells. The company has completed a successful Phase I clinical trial for the treatment of Cystic Fibrosis. The technology has applications being developed in the delivery of therapeutic nucleic acids for delivery to retinal cells and neurons.
